The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a night and weekend shift. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Your role will involve:

• Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
• Assisting clients with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborating with clients to resolve complex problems and provide solutions
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client information as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems
• Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and live chat platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce
• Knowledge of design principles and printing processes
• Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
