Remote Childcare Specialist - Early Childhood Education

Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. 2+ years of experience working directly with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Demonstrated understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate learning methodologies. Proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and online learning platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage children and adults effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required. Background checks and fingerprinting will be conducted.
