Right now we are actively growing a DJ entertainment business and a specialized dog incident consulting firm that trains utility companies, police departments, and animal control agencies. And that is just the beginning. We have additional projects in the pipeline — including hospitality and tourism — and we are always exploring new opportunities that fit our vision. This means the person who joins us now gets in early, grows with us, and will have a front-row seat to what it actually looks like to build businesses from the ground up using creativity, technology, and hustle. What you will actually do

• Cold call and reach out to leads across our businesses — DJ gig inquiries, consulting prospects including utility companies and police/animal control departments, and hospitality contacts as that venture launches
• Set appointments, follow up with interested parties, and keep our pipeline organized and moving
• Support website updates and basic content management to keep our online presence sharp across multiple brands
• Use AI tools and chatbots to streamline outreach, drafting, research, and scheduling — and bring your own ideas for how to do it better
• Help research and identify new leads as we expand into new industries and markets
• Act as a connector and communicator — you will be representing real people and real businesses, so warmth and professionalism matter
• Pitch in on whatever the week calls for — we are a small, nimble team and flexibility is part of the fun

Compensation $20 - $25 DOE 10% Commission on every signed gig or training deal you help close. 5-10 hrs/week to start, with room to grow as we do. What we are looking for

• Someone energized by variety — no two weeks will be the same and that should excite you
• Comfortable (or genuinely excited to get comfortable) with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, or anything that helps you work smarter
• Confident on the phone and in written communication — you can be warm, professional, and persuasive
• Organized and self-directed — you won't always have someone telling you what to do next
• Curious enough to learn the basics of several different industries and represent them with care
• Entry-level candidates are absolutely welcome — we care more about your drive and curiosity than your years of experience
• Bonus points for: social media know-how, CRM experience, hospitality or tourism background, outreach templates, or any entrepreneurial side hustles of your own
