Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll engage in online conversations with customers on behalf of our automotive dealer clients, aiming to positively represent their brand and convert conversations into leads that drive revenue. You'll work closely with our team to deliver accurate information, facilitate appointment scheduling, and collect customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers across various inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns. - Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information regarding products and services via chat, ensuring that customers have a positive and informed experience. - Facilitate appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details, ensuring that customers have a seamless and efficient experience. - Collect customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation, helping to drive revenue and growth for our automotive dealer clients. - Summarize customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients. - Develop and update a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Available Shifts
We're looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following full-time shifts: - 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays) - 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays) - 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
Requirements
- During the first week of employment, you'll be required to work Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM for training, before transitioning to the assigned shift. - Previous retail customer service or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory. - Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer operations is required. - Strong multitasking skills are preferred, and gaming experience is a plus. - A positive and professional attitude is essential, as is exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Adaptability to change and a preference for a fast-paced work environment are also required.
