Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Account Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Building customer loyalty and creating value through thoughtful account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
  • Meeting department productivity and quality standards
  • Completing training requirements to develop new skills, expand knowledge, and grow within arenaflex

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll start at a competitive base salary of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, paid time off and up to 12 paid holidays, and more.
