Responsibilities

As a Gaming Attendant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers with a warm smile and making them feel at home
• Answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, ensuring a positive experience for our guests
• Responding to comments and concerns in a timely and courteous fashion
• Collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 19 years of age
• To be able to work nights and weekends, as needed
• A friendly and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
• Proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address customer concerns
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures
