Experienced On-Site Customer Service Representative – Consignment Sales and Inventory Management

In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing products, negotiating sales, and expediting backorders to meet customer demands. Key Responsibilities:
* Orders items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for Consignment customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Sources products from branch inventory, Distribution Center inventory, or supplier inventory to meet customer demands.
- Identifies and sells arenaflex's assets, sometimes requiring product location and procurement.
- Negotiates sale prices and purchase prices within established parameters to maximize arenaflex's Gross Profit.
- Proactively generates sales by promoting arenaflex's products to existing customers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Expedites backorders by pulling inventory and preparing orders for shipment to customers.
- Handles customer returns and places orders without approval for orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per Purchase Order.
- Adjusts non-contract customer pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing arenaflex's profit.
- Minimizes Branch freight cost by determining the most cost-effective method to fulfill customer orders.
- Interacts with customers to obtain and fulfill orders correctly, and interacts with suppliers as necessary to obtain pricing for items.
- Partners with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business results.
- Assists customers by troubleshooting via telephone or email and identifying correct parts.
- Attends training sessions regularly to continue professional growth and development.
- Performs other duties as assigned, responding to customer inquiries, providing quotes, and taking customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales).
Essential Qualifications:
* Typically requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems, and searching capabilities to find products on the internet.
- Good driving record required.
- Reliability, organization, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
