Key Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
- Helping explain contract details and managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
- Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
- Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
Essential Qualifications
* Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
- General computer and typing skills
- High School diploma or GED required
- Passion for customer service and quality work
- Must be focused and reliable
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
