Role Summary
As a Remote Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing real-time, text-based support to our users. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with login issues, billing inquiries, subscription management, and general platform navigation. Using our company scripts and workflows, you'll deliver consistent, professional, and empathetic support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and respond to live chat requests promptly, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support
- Assist with password resets, billing questions, and subscription changes, using scripted responses and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications, providing a positive and supportive experience for our users
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services

Technical & Skills Requirements
* Laptop or desktop with Google Chrome browser

Compensation & Scheduling
* Starting pay: $25 / hour
- Potential raise to $30–$35 / hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
- Shifts available 24 / 7; self-scheduling system, allowing you to choose your own schedule
- Minimum 15 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more hours as needed
Training & Onboarding
* 2-hour online onboarding session, providing a comprehensive introduction to our products and services
- Simulated chat practice, helping you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed
- First live shift monitored by QA, ensuring that you receive the support and feedback you need to excel
- Paid work begins within 3–5 business days, allowing you to start earning a stable income quickly
