Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR I, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to internal and external customers, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, processes, programs, and technology. This is a part-time opportunity, working 20 hours per week, with shifts between 9am and 3pm PST. Key Responsibilities
- Provide World-Class Customer Service: Take inbound calls, establish positive rapport with every customer, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize Computer System Applications: Learn and utilize arenaflex's computer system applications to accurately process transactions and maintain customer data.
- Educate Customers: Educate customers on arenaflex products and services via phone, email, and chat communications.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Provide basic troubleshooting for customers, including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and team members.
- Stay Informed: Stay informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed.
- Knowledge Building: Build knowledge of relevant arenaflex products, processes, programs, and technology.
- Additional Duties: Participate in other related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and propose solutions to address customer problems or needs.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail in written communication and order entry.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
- Accuracy and Productivity Metrics: Ability to meet accuracy and productivity metrics.
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Basic Math and Computer Skills: Basic math and computer skills, with experience with Microsoft Outlook and/or Dynamics 365 a plus.
What We Offer
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:
- Competitive Hourly Rate: Earn between $20.29 - $25.00 (WA); $18.67 - $23.00 (NV); $17.45 - $21.50 (AZ, ID, MT) on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
- Annual Discretionary Bonus: Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to $2000 of base salary.
- Paid Time Off: Accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start, with 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
