Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Operating our trucks safely and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
- Assisting with junk removal and disposal, including heavy and light lifting, and loading/unloading of trucks
- Marketing our brand and services to the public, advocating for our values and mission
- Providing estimates to customers and educating them on our services and environmental practices
- Committing to safety and professionalism in all aspects of your work, including navigation, driving, and loading/unloading of customers' belongings
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
