Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Consultant to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing the efficient operation of the branch and ensuring that all operational functions are completed to the highest standard. Your primary focus will be on conveying a sense of trust, service, security, and satisfaction to our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Branch Manager in managing and motivating staff to meet goals and objectives related to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections, and expense.
- Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend loan decisions; process consumer loans; close consumer loans; collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop business relationships within the community and sell products and services to meet sales goals.
- Assist customers in implementing solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
- Support the Branch Manager with matters related to hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews, and terminations as applicable.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain a positive reputation for arenaflex.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in consumer finance or a related field
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of industry or related industry lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word Applications
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual, Spanish/English
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Compensation and Benefits:
* The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on the specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience of the selected candidate.
- This position is eligible for Quarterly Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.
