Your Role
As a Remote Customer Care & Revenue Manager – North America, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer care to our clients in Northern America, helping them optimize their revenue management strategies and fully leverage our platform
* Collaborating with our product team to shape the future of our system and drive innovation
* Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and developing actionable recommendations to drive customer success
* Educating clients on strategies, system functionalities, and best practices through clear and effective communication
* Managing urgent or challenging client inquiries with professionalism and calm under pressure
* Acting as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their challenges and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills
* Currently based in Northern America (East Coast or Central timezone)
* A proven track record in revenue management, with prior experience as a Revenue Manager in the Hotel Industry
* A degree in business or hospitality (ideally)
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess customer needs, and offer actionable recommendations
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly educating clients on strategies, system functionalities, and best practices
* Calm under pressure, able to manage urgent or challenging client inquiries with professionalism
* A customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of the challenges and goals faced by hospitality businesses
