Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Spanish/English Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. If you're fluent in Spanish and English, have a passion for helping others, and are eager to learn new technologies, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and online chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine problems and questions about arenaflex products and services
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
