Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Online Chat Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to visitors on our client's websites through online chat software. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in real-time and delivering a positive experience that exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
• Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
• Promoting interest in client products and services
• Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team
• May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Requirements

To be successful as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:

• A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
• PC keyboarding and internet experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
