As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, fielding real-time calls from customers globally and providing world-class service that showcases our luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador for arenaflex, providing high-touch service to all customers
  • Resolving customer issues across multiple channels in a timely manner, communicating through email, phone, and chat
  • Replying to preorder questions about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions via phone, email, and online chat
  • Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrating sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's full range of luxury products and services
  • Handling customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, making decisions in consideration of policies and procedures within the service level agreement
  • Ensuring clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices
  • Utilizing a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries and identify and escalate system errors and other technical issues
  • Working with external shipping contractors to assist customers with both domestic and international issues

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with a high level of empathy and integrity
  • Confidence in making decisions with late returns, faulty goods, and concessions if necessary
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate
  • The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership
  • A home work area that is free from background noise, where you can connect to the internet and work on your deliverables
  • Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service
  • Proficiency with desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers, with the ability to quickly learn how to use new websites and apps
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with luxury brands or high-end merchandise
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base pay of $34,320/year in our lowest geographic market up to $39,000/year in our highest geographic market
  • Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
