* Enter customer and account data from source documents within established time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, adhering to arenaflex's data quality standards.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative, or customer service roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with data programs and software, such as CRM systems.
  • Experience using office equipment, including scanners and printers.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
