Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Computerized Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation Item Examination group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with key partners in the Computerized Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups. You'll also lead and instruct a team that will collaborate with the Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics. Your primary focus will be on deciphering data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and rethinking it into meaningful insights to improve Functional Excellence (Bull). Additionally, you'll be responsible for identifying application enhancements and establishing metrics for measurement.
Key Responsibilities

- Application Execution Investigation
+ Identify application enhancements + Establish metrics for measurement
- Error Patterns, Top Factors Contributing to Errors
+ Identify and analyze error patterns + Develop recommendations for improvement
- Identify, Plan, and Implement Internal Process Enhancements: Suggestions for Execution and Greater Flexibility
+ Identify areas for improvement + Develop and implement process enhancements
- Displaying and Coding of Data
+ Create data visualizations + Develop data-driven insights
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with a foundation in a quantitative field (Software Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Design, Operations Research) preferred
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or a related scientific role
- 1+ year (3+ years preferred) as a Director and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization
- Experience creating presentations for associates and leaders at a MD and VP level and interfacing with all levels of management
- Demonstrated Group Leadership, ability to communicate a vision, move the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it
- Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc...) to create meaningful, rich dashboards
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong critical thinking skills, using data to solve problems
- Willingness to pursue complex data sets
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks with a focus on results
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate degree in a scientific field preferred
- Certifications including Google Data Analytics Professional Declaration, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing, Palantir, Client-Side Execution Measurement tools such as Quantum Measurements
- Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana
- Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Systems
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience with AWS – Redshift, Quicksight, Athena
- Experience with BigQuery, Quantum Measurements, Akamai
- Experience with text analysis and AI
- Data Visualization experience
- Familiarity with Python, Flash, R
- Continuous integration and delivery using Spry techniques
