Experienced Customer Relationship Agent – Remote Inbound Support & Account Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or messages from customers in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships by actively listening to customer needs, asking clarifying questions, and offering personalized solutions - Assist with basic troubleshooting, billing inquiries, order issues, or other account-related matters - Document customer interactions in arenaflex's internal systems to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and process improvement - Maintain a friendly, approachable tone in all communications, even in high-pressure situations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication channels - Basic computer skills and ability to multitask, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a reliable internet connection - Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy
