Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proven customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Empathy towards customers' needs and concerns, with a passion for delivering personalized solutions
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
