Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to both external customers and internal teammates. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, assisting with a variety of tasks, and communicating important client needs and updates to relevant parties. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers, assisting with a variety of tasks such as order support/inquiries, service explanation, and billing/financially related needs.
- Assisting internal colleagues with booking travel/logistics needs.
- Communicating any important client needs/updates to appropriate parties.
- Assisting callers with a variety of tasks providing resolution to any and all needs.
- Utilizing multiple internal software to log notes, assist callers, and complete reporting.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience within corporate customer service/call center.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience within administration (Data entry, calendar management, travel arrangements, minute keeping, etc.).
- High School Diploma required, additional continuing education preferred.

Schedule and Location
This role is based in Charlotte, NC, and requires a Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm. One weekend day per month is required, but can be completed remotely.
