About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, including:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving account issues
  • Assisting with billing and repayment of customer bills
  • Processing payments and providing information on how to resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
