Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Selling products and services to customers, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations
- Working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
- Lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 50+ pounds) as required
- Ensuring that displays and merchandise are always in presentable condition
- Building productive relationships with customers, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Using your computer skills to process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A friendly and energetic personality, with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ pounds) as required
- Basic computer skills, including typing and computer use
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher
- Certification as a Notary Public
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
