The Opportunity
We're seeking two experienced Customer Service Specialists to join our team. As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to:
- Answer inbound requests from customers via phone, text, and email to help them with coverages, questions, policy changes, and billing updates.
- Manage and organize emails, follow up tasks, and customer outreach.
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding billing, policy changes, and answering their requests.
- Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk.
- Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer.
- Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Property & Casualty License (or Personal Lines License)
- Prior insurance experience
- Bilingual Spanish skills (a plus, but not required)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Above-average computer and telephone skills
- A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Spirit of cooperation and teamwork
- Outstanding customer service skills
