Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate
As an Entry Level Customer Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their communication goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparing for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
- Engaging in the sales process with each customer from start to finish to ensure a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
- Professionally representing our clients and driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
- Developing effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
- Educating consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
- Efficiently navigating our order entry system and scheduling dates as necessary
Requirements as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you'll also receive:
