Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and answering questions in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Reporting any known accidents or incidents

Main Responsibilities:
While flexible scheduling is provided, regular attendance is expected and required around your availability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
- Participating in quality assurance and quality control initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties to a satisfactory level:
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions
- Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking

- Customer Service Experience is a definite plus, but not required

- Availability to work overnight, 11PM-7AM shifts
