Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary software and tools to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer profiles as needed
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or customer service) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
