What Will You Be Doing in the Full Stack Live Chat Agent Role?

As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, your main role will be to manage live chat interactions for numerous businesses, providing top-notch customer service, answering customer queries, and offering sales links and discounts. You'll be directly involved in:

  • Responding to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing clear, concise, and friendly communication to customers

No Fixed Term: Open-Ended Contract

As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, with the option to adjust your schedule as needed.

Pay Rate: $25 - $35 Per Hour

As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35, in acknowledgment for the crucial role you play in our clients' customer service operations and the value you add to their businesses.

Required Skills and Background

To succeed as a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, you'll need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and stay motivated
  • Close adherence to specified instructions
  • A minimum of a weekly availability of at least 5 hours
  • A dependable and fast internet connection

Hours Per Week: 5 - 40 Hours
