Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Evening Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database system, updating and maintaining existing data, and ensuring data integrity and security at all times. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent typing skills and a passion for data entry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system

• Update and maintain existing data within the system
• Ensure data integrity and security at all times
• Adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures regarding data entry
• Collaborate with the data entry team to achieve common goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest data entry technologies and best practices

Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a similar role (1-2 years)

• Proficient in typing and data entry skills (at least 60 wpm)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Access, etc.)

• Familiarity with arenaflex's database system and data entry procedures
• Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist, etc.)
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Working Hours

This is a part-time evening position, with hours ranging from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We offer flexible schedules to accommodate your availability, so you can work from the comfort of your own home and still have time for your personal and family obligations.
