Job Summary
We're seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary in the range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information regarding flights, reservations, and policies.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a timely manner
- Providing accurate and detailed information regarding flights, policies, and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Processing reservations, cancellations, and changes
