Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our members through phone calls, chat sessions, and email interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting arenaflex services in a friendly and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat sessions, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues related to online orders, shipping, and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chat sessions
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 14-day Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate program completion required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient business writing and typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and phenomenal closure rates

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently
  • Ability to exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bilingual capabilities a plus
