Your Impact
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the arenaflex Media Networks (LMN), you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer understanding. You will engage directly with LMN clients to review their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve their business goals. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies, develop test and learn plans, and elevate client understanding of the arenaflex customer.
What You Will Do
* Create Annual Strategic Learning Plans: Develop comprehensive plans for business(es) supported, outlining key objectives, strategies, and performance metrics.
- Lead Quarterly Business Review Process: Conduct regular reviews with top clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future growth.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert guidance on media performance reporting, data visualization, and insights to internal partners, external clients, and agencies.
- Synthesize Disparate Data: Combine data from multiple sources to develop strategic recommendations for future media investments, driving business growth and customer understanding.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Regularly present findings and recommendations to internal leadership (VP+) and external vendor-partners of all levels.
- Oversee Best Practices Development: Lead the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights.
- Tell Data Stories: Craft compelling narratives that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables.
- Oversee Omnichannel Advertising Efforts: Aggregate insights from various sources to support client-facing teams, including sales and account management.
- Partner with Product and Ad Tech Teams: Collaborate with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback.
- Integrate Knowledge Across Teams: Share insights and expertise with the Customer Insights & Analytics team, LMN Insights team, and the broader arenaflex retail media business.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree: Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative.
- 5 Years Experience: Insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics.
- Analytical and Decision-Making Experience: Proven ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and manage projects.
- Storytelling with Data: Experience crafting compelling narratives that communicate data insights to various audiences.
- A/B Testing Experience: Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to inform business decisions.
- Microsoft Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Data Visualization Tools: Experience working with tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree: In a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA.
- Leading Teams and Business Impact: Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact.
- Global Team Management: Experience managing global teams and navigating cross-cultural communication.
- Retail Environment Experience: Familiarity with working in a retail environment and understanding customer needs.
- Analytic/Research Software: Experience working with software like SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools.
Compensation and Benefits
