Job Summary

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience

in customer success, account management, or a related role.

Familiarity

with CRM tools and customer support systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

to address customer challenges and find innovative solutions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
