Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse customer base, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and utilizing various communication channels to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clear and concise verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and text messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Updating customer records with current demographic and contact information
  • Accurately notating all interactions and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
  • Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivation and internal drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations
  • Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
  • Troubleshooting skills to resolve common computer issues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and productivity goals
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other technical tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the education industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingualism in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, etc.)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
