Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Records Assistant / Document Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital records and files. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic computer skills and a strong attention to detail to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. In this role, you will assist with organizing, managing, and maintaining digital files and records, as well as perform basic data audits and checks for errors.

Responsibilities

As a Records Assistant / Document Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating information into company databases accurately and efficiently
  • Organizing, scanning, and filing digital documents in a secure and confidential manner
  • Retrieving documents for team members when needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Performing basic data audits and checks for errors, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our records
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of records, adhering to company procedures for recordkeeping and documentation
  • Communicating with team members via email or internal messaging systems, ensuring clear and effective communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Basic computer skills, including typing, file management, and email
