The Role
As an Experienced Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Estates, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to meet certain technical and location requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Resolve complex customer issues, using problem-solving skills and empathy to find solutions
- Use technology to access customer information, resolve issues, and communicate with clients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Meet the technical and location requirements for the role, including having a secure home office environment, a reliable private internet connection, and living within a 100-mile radius of one of our designated locations
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet performance metrics and deadlines
- Reliable private internet connection and a secure home office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
- Experience using CRM software and other technology tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Work from Home Technology Requirements:
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
- A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
- Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
- To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to , type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
- Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
Work from Home Location Requirements:

- Report in person, when required, with at least 24 hours notice
