Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Selling and promoting arenaflex products and services to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
