Job Summary

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting arenaflex's travel products to direct consumers through webchat and phone interactions. You will establish and maintain quality customer relationships, identify and meet customer needs and expectations, and close sales to meet/exceed revenue goals. You will also be required to build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database, and participate in department-approved mass e-mail campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote arenaflex's travel products to direct consumers through webchat and phone interactions

  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Close sales to meet/exceed revenue goals
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers
  • Maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database to identify client travel trends
  • Participate in department-approved mass e-mail campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles
  • Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred
  • Cruise sales a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally
  • Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven
  • Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in any language other than English

  • Experience communicating with guests/clients via live chat
  • Ability to work in a remote environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Salary range: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan
