Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Cashier at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to all store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
• Executing selling initiatives and providing value to customers through effective communication and product knowledge
• Following all food service programs, procedures, and sanitation requirements to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Greeting and communicating easily with customers, providing a warm and welcoming smile
• Assisting customers with their needs and enhancing their experience through dedication and positivity
• Staying knowledgeable about products and services, including sales and specials
• Performing additional duties as discussed during the interview

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative/Cashier at arenaflex, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Computer literacy and ability to learn policies and procedures
• A fun, friendly, and happy demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, and contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products

Working Conditions

As a Customer Service Representative/Cashier at arenaflex, you will be working in a retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, and contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products. You will be expected to stand for long periods, bend, and lift, and work in all weather conditions unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
