A Day in the Life of an arenaflex Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate – Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with a diverse range of customers, from individuals to businesses. Your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to:

• Enthusiastically welcome customers and offer assistance
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety rules and regulations
• Process cash register sales and manage product placement
• Provide expert advice on mobile power solutions and battery-related products
• Stay up-to-date with new technology and product developments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, both in-store and over the phone
• Process sales transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with product placement, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and incorporate new technology
• Basic math problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of and ability to use common hand and power tools for auto battery installs
• Good hand/eye coordination for watch and small electronics disassemble and reassemble
• Independent thinker and team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Knowledge of mobile power solutions, batteries, and related products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
