Job Summary
As a Data Entry Administrator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for facilitating access requests, reviewing and processing tickets, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless access to our systems and applications. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the facilitation of access requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Review and process tickets efficiently, adhering to Standard Works, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless access to our systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's data management policies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT environment, including Active Directory
- Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and guidelines
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in an IT environment
- Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Active Directory and other IT systems
- Familiarity with data management policies and procedures
- Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
