Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue growth

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a seamless and satisfying experience
• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates a strong ability to multitask and think on your feet

• Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools is a plus

Training and Development:

* On-the-job training via Zoom, with a comprehensive program that covers all aspects of the role and industry

• Requirements:

+ Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred + Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse + Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position + Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30pm EDT
