Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via email and/or live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner * Ensuring all messages are answered within 24 hours * Providing accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns * Handling order issues including cancellations, exchanges, and refunds * Working with the internal team to resolve issues and improve customer experience * Maintaining organized records of all customer interactions * Ensuring a consistently positive and helpful customer service experience Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting * Excellent written communication skills in English * Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gmail, etc. * Ability to multitask and resolve problems efficiently * Must be dependable and available to work during America time zones (EST) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Familiarity with arenaflex's internal systems and processes * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
