Assistant Director of Admissions – Online
Job Description:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the admissions department
- Ensure timely customer service for prospective students
- Assist in the development and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body
- Supervise and mentor a team of admissions representatives
- Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students
- Work closely with marketing, financial aid, and academic departments
- Monitor and analyze admissions data
- Ensure that admissions processes comply with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards
- Prepare regular reports on admissions activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience in an online or remote learning environment is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and admissions software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
