Client: Christian Journal Co. Location: Remote Contract: Part-time

Job Description

The Christian Journal Co is looking for a highly skilled Christian Growth Marketing Strategist to help grow our brand through a combination of strategic marketing, creator partnerships, and customer acquisition. We create premium Christian journals, guided devotionals, and faith-based card decks designed to help people build deeper daily habits with God. Our products are loved by our customers, our reviews are excellent, and we have strong potential for significant growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands both eCommerce growth and the Christian space—someone who knows how to position products in front of the right audience and turn creator relationships into real revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and improve our current marketing strategy and brand positioning
• Identify growth opportunities within Christian audiences and communities
• Develop customer acquisition strategies across organic and paid channels
• Build and manage relationships with Christian creators, influencers, and affiliates
• Create influencer, ambassador, and affiliate partnership systems
• Help build a community around the brand
• Improve email marketing, retention, and customer journey performance
• Develop UGC and creator content strategies for paid advertising
• Support product launches for journals, devotionals, and card decks
• Recommend and execute scalable growth strategies for long-term brand expansion

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in eCommerce growth marketing
• Strong understanding of Christian audiences and faith-based communities
• Experience working with Christian creators, influencers, and partnerships
• Skilled in paid ads, email marketing, retention, and conversion strategy
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, influencer outreach, and affiliate programs is a plus
• Passion for faith-based brands and mission-driven businesses

Preferred Experience

• Worked with Christian product brands or faith-based companies
• Experience scaling direct-to-consumer brands
• Familiarity with Christian women’s audiences, devotional communities, Bible journaling, or ministry-based creator ecosystems
• Experience turning creator partnerships into profitable acquisition channels
