Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and resolve complex IT issues, including incident management, problem management, and change management

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow, is a plus
- Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
