Job Description

As a High-Commission Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Advertizing and selling shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
  • Engaging with customers via chat, building rapport, and encouraging them to place orders
  • Closing sales directly on the chat and sending invoices using our company's system
  • Collaborating with sales managers to ensure seamless follow-up with customers via phone calls
  • Participating in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Joining a Q&A group and receiving mentorship from experienced professionals to help you achieve your goals

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional chat support to customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
