Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a prompt, accurate, and friendly manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
