The Role

As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, engaging with customers via live chat on business websites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring a positive experience
