About the Job
As a Chief, Voice Insight, you'll work closely with our Voice Experience team and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality experiences for our vendor partners. You'll be responsible for a book of business of vendor partners, defining what a quality experience means for them, setting and tracking metrics, working with cross-functional teams to improve training and quality assurance, and collaborating with product teams to optimize transaction processes. You'll have a high level of visibility across the organization, driving volume growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the outcome of dispatches and quality for existing vendor partners
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, including streamlining work processes through product and feature development
- Work closely with a diverse range of cross-functional partners, including Product, Research, Design, and Global Support Operations, to drive innovation and growth
- Acquire a high level of visibility from senior leadership by driving a "big bet" for arenaflex
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize transaction processes and improve vendor partner experiences
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, customer experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement
- Proven track record of driving business growth and retention through customer experience initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, customer experience)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services is a plus
- Certification in customer experience or quality assurance is a plus
Skills and Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services is a plus
